Q: How fast can I get my cash?
A: At Texas Best Home Buyers, we can close in as few as seven days, and you get paid at closing.
Q: How long do I have before I have to move?
A: We allow up to two weeks for you to move (for free), so you are not rushed. We can also lease the home back to you for up to one year under the right circumstances. Since we are not moving into the home, we are flexible.
Q: Do I have to move everything out?
A: No. Take what you want, and we’ll take care of the rest. We donate usable items to needy families.
Q: Can you help me find a new place to live?
A: Absolutely! We have access to a large database of homes for sale/lease that we can show you. We can help you find your next home to purchase and finance it for you!
Q: What if my house needs a lot of work?
A: That’s okay. At Texas Best Home Buyers, we buy homes in any condition.
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us about your property, we’ll look at things, schedule a call with you to find out more, and make an all-cash offer that’s fair for you and us. From there, it’s 100 percent your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to TBHB, and we won’t hassle or harass you.

A: We are professional home buyers. We buy houses in Fort Worth and surrounding areas that meet our purchasing criteria. We buy single-family homes, duplexes, mobile homes, and condos. We buy rentals, vacant homes, homes with major foundation issues, plumbing issues, roof issues, etc.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?

A: Great question. TBHB is an open book. Our process is straightforward. We look at the property’s location, what repairs are needed, the current condition, and the values of recent comparable houses sold in the area. We take many pieces of information into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for you and our team.
